<p><span class="style6">Hi my name is Chloe and i&#8217;m 33 yrs old.I live in London with my 4 young children and my one dog and three cats-yep a complete mad house!!! </span></p>
<p class="style6">After I had my second child I was really unhappy with how much weight I had put on and decided it was time to lose weight and get fit!I didn&#8217;t think so at the time but luckily my first daughters school was quite a way from where we lived and half of the walk was uphill so without fail twice a day everyday I walked and the weight dropped off and dropped off even more when I started to eat a healthy balanced diet and refrain from eating lots of high sugar foods just for a quick energy boost.</p>
<p class="style6">I decided I wanted to help other people to get fit,lose weight and feel as good as I did so in September 2000 I trained to be an aerobics instructor and in september 2001 I trained to be a personal trainer.</p>
<p class="style6">Because I have four children of my own I can appreciate how physically and emotionally challenging being a new mum can be, I feel extremely passionate about helping postnatal mums to get fit and achieve a sense of well-being and I believe the chances of success are hugely increased when we have the help and support from a group of like minded mums.</p>
